Color Matching in DTG Printing

Please note that we employ CMYK ink colors for our printing, which are blended to create unique shades. While we strive to use high-quality color profiles, it's important to understand that color matching in DTG printing is best suited for spot color printing rather than process printing. This means that there may be variations between the colors you see on your screen and the actual printed product.

If color accuracy is a significant concern, we recommend ordering test swatches to determine the appropriate RGB or CMYK color equivalent before placing your main order with us.

Size Discrepancies and Packaging Damage

For any discrepancies in product size, please provide images of the product, along with measurements, for our production team to review. We value your feedback and will work to address the issue promptly.

When receiving your order, please unbox the package carefully. Ensure no damage occurs while opening the package using sharp objects, we can only process a refund or replacement if you provide an unboxing video or images of the courier packaging.

If we notice any damage to the package upon receiving it from the courier, please make a note of the damage when signing for the delivery. This will aid us in claiming a refund from the courier service.
